SunUpDown 1.1Requires NOS 2.0.(*) = new in version 1.1SunUpDown calculates for a choosen city:- the sun rise for a specific day- sun set for a specific day- longest day in a year- shortest day in a year- earliest sun rise and sunset in a year (*)- latest sun rise and sun set in a year (*)- start and end date of daylight saving time (*) The DST info is in the newton, but is seems to be incorrect for some countries (for example: for the Netherlands where I live it is wrong).Cities are picked from the Cities soup.On idle time it determines the year values (if selected in the prefs). Use the chart checkbox to draw a chart. The required data for this chart is also calculated on idle. So you can see it getting better andbetter. In the preferencens (*) you can set:- if daylight savings time should be taken into account (if applicable)- if the year values should be calculated on idle (year value calculation is always done when the package in in chart mode and when the special dates window is open).Bug Fixes in 1.1- error -48404. This was a problem caused by the "locale" prefs. Thanks a couple guys on internet I could solve it (they localized it).- For Angmasselik (Greenland) it gave negative length for the longest day. Not anymore now.Other enhacements:- Added an Icon to the package- Display the sun rise and set on startup (also recalculates these values when a new city is choosen, when the prefs DST checkbox is (un)checked.- An "I" button is added to the main window- A "Special Dates" window is added for all year values ("I" button);- Year values between brackets "()" are not fuly optimized yet.
